due to the constant growth of Digital Life Sciences GmbH and the related requests and tasks, we are striving for a constant development and optimization of our processes.
As of March 1, 2022, the project-specific inquiries by our existing customers for the further expansion of the dls | eQMS will be collected in the central input channel projects@digital-ls.de. They will be evaluated and you will receive a feedback within 10 working days. We would like to ask you to use this input channel preferentially.
Your request will directly reach the Professional Service team, which will take care of your request. Centralizing your requests allows us to faster determine personnel and time resources and use them more efficiently thus reducing delays for follow-up projects. Depending on the scope of the project and free capacities, project managers and/or project consultants other than those you are already familiar with may be able to take on the tasks.
Our customer base has grown considerably over the years and we are extremely pleased with the loyalty you have shown us. We see this innovation as an opportunity to respond more flexibly to your concerns and would thus also like to ensure that infrastructure changes, updates and other adjustments can be implemented more quickly for you in the future. Ongoing projects are not affected by these changes.
